PARLIAMENT OF MALAYSIA: 25 July (Sunday)In order to ensure that the Sittings of the House of Representatives and the Senate are free from the Covid-19 threat, the Malaysian Parliament in collaboration with the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department has conducted a disinfection operation at the Malaysian Parliament Building.

The disinfection operation is among the compliance with standard operating procedure (SOP) set by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) and the National Security Council (NSC) to combat the spread of COVID-19 among Members of the House of Representatives and the Senate and Parliament staff in general. In addition, all those involved in the Parliament of Malaysia are required to always comply with the COVID-19 prevention guidelines in force such as wearing a half face mask, scanning body temperature, scanning mySejahtera code, washing hands and always keeping physical distance from each other. --CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS DIVISION OF THE PARLIAMENT OF MALAYSIA
