Hon. Senator Dato' Kesavadas A. Achyuthan Nair taking oath of office

PARLIAMENT OF MALAYSIA, 20 March – Hon. Dato' Kesavadas A. Achyuthan Nair took the oath of office before the President of the Senate, H.E. Senator Tan Sri Dato’ Sri SA. Vigneswaran and witnessed by Hon. Senator Datuk Seri Haji Abdul Halim bin Abd. Samad, Deputy President of the Senate and Mr. Riduan bin Rahmat, Secretary of the Senate.

Hon. Senator Dato' Kesavadas A. Achyuthan Nair is appointed by the State Legislative Assembly of Negeri Sembilan. His term of appointment as Senator would take effect from 20 March 2019 to 19 March 2022.

He is active in social activities and among the positions he holds are:

• Lifetime Associate Member of the Malaysia Ex-Police Association since 2004.
• Legal Advisor for Negeri Sembilan Kerala Samajam Organization since 2010.
