PARLIAMENT OF MALAYSIA, 14 DECEMBER 2020 (MONDAY) — A disinfection operation on the Parliament of Malaysia complex has been carried out by the Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) Unit Team from the Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia (JBPM) in cooperation with the Parliament of Malaysia. The disinfection team was led by Senior Fire Officer II Syahreman bin Husin with the help of 9 other personnel from JBPM Tun Razak. The disinfection process was carried out in the evening once the Dewan Rakyat meeting is adjourned.

The disinfection process is carried out in adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as issued by the Ministry of Health (MOH) in the effort to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. — CORPORATE COMMUNICATION DIVISION, PARLIAMENT OF MALAYSIA
