Seminar on Parliamentary Reforms organised by the Institut Darul Ehsan (IDE) in collaboration with the Parliament of Malaysia was officiated by H.E. Dato' Mohamad Ariff bin Md Yusof, Speaker of the House of Representatives and opening remarks by Prof. Dato' Dr. Mohammad Redzuan bin Othman, Deputy Chairman cum Chief Executive of IDE.

Also present at the seminar were Honourable Kevin Andrews, Member of the House of Representatives Parliament of Australia, His Excellency Andrew Goledzinowski, Australian High Commissioner to Malaysia, Hon. Dato' Haji Mohd Rashid bin Hasnon, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Datuk Awang Alik bin Jeman, Chief Administrator of Parliament of Malaysia and Datuk Roosme binti Hamzah, Secretary of the House of Representatives.
