PARLIAMENT OF MALAYSIA, 26 August – The President of The Senate, H.E. Senator Dato’ Sri SA. Vigneswaran received a courtesy call from the Japanese Delegation led by the Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Japan, Mr. Hiroto Izumi at the Parliament Building here today.
The President of The Senate, H.E. Senator Dato’ Sri SA. Vigneswaran was having a discussion with the Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Japan, Mr. Hiroto Izumi during the courtesy call.
Mr. Hiroto Izumi arrived at the Parliament around 2.30pm and the meeting lasted for about one hour.
The Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Japan, Mr. Hiroto Izumi was signing the visitors’ book as the President of The Senate, H.E. Senator Dato’ Sri SA. Vigneswaran looked on.
The President of The Senate, H.E. Senator Dato’ Sri SA. Vigneswaran had a photo together with the Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Japan, Mr. Hiroto Izumi and the delegation. Present also were the Deputy President of The Senate, Hon. Senator Datuk Seri Abdul Halim Abd. Samad and members of the Senate.
The Ambassador of Japan to Malaysia, H.E. Dr. Makio Miyagawa was also present with the 16-member delegation.
