Tuesday, 4 June 2013- A Task Handing Ceremony between former Minister at the Prime Minister Office, Dato’ Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz and Dato’ Seri Dr Shahidan Kassim was held at Parliament of Malaysia.
In the ceremony, Dato’ Seri Mohamed Nazri handover a note of handover of duties to Dato’ Seri Dr Shahidan Kassim who now holding the Parliament portfolio.
Dato’ Seri Mohamed Nazri is now the Minister for Ministry of Tourism and Culture. Also present at the ceremony were Dato’ Lamien Sawiyo, Chief Administrator Parliament of Malaysia, Datuk Roosme Hamzah, Secretary of the House of Representatives and officers of Parliament and media representatives.
After the ceremony, Dato’ Seri Dr Shahidan Kassim spent about an hour to attend a Special Meeting with staff of Parliament and he also had the opportunity to give a short speech. At the end of the Special Meeting, Dato’ Seri Dr Shahidan Kassim took the opportunity to meet with the staff. The ceremony ended at about 4.30 pm.
