All applications for visit must be submitted at least five (5) working days before the date of the visit.
Application for visit by individual also required to attach the official application letter (PDF/JPEG).
Application for visit by school / agency / university / organisation, is REQUIRED to fill up the application form and attach the application letter bearing the official letterhead of the school / agency / university / organisation.
Incomplete application will not be processed.
