"Warta" termasuklah Warta rasmi Persekutuan yang disiarkan dalam bentuk elektronik atau lain-lain bentuk melalui perintah Kerajaan termasuk Warta rasmi mana-mana Negeri.

"Gazette" includes the Federal Official Gazette published in electronic or other form by way of the Government's order including the official Gazette of any State.
