Hon. Tuan Yamani Hafez bin Musa sworn in as Member of the House of Representatives

PARLIAMENT OF MALAYSIA, 7 January – Hon. Tuan Yamani Hafez bin Musa, Member of Parliament for Sipitang has sworn in as a Member of the House of Representatives before H.E. Dato' Mohamad Ariff bin Md Yusof, Speaker of the House of Representatives in the Special Chamber of the House of Representatives, Parliament of Malaysia.
 

Hon. Tuan Yamani Hafez is the 222th Member of Parliament and the last one sworn in as Member of the House of Representatives. Earlier he won the Sipitang parliamentary seat with a majority of 852 votes in a three-cornered fight after defeating the nearest rival Noor Hayaty Mustapha from Parti Warisan Sabah.

Meanwhile, in the speech following the swearing-in of the new Member, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, H.E. Dato' Mohamad Ariff has congratulated Hon. Tuan Yamani Hafez and hope that he will do his best in performing his duties as an elected representative.
