Welcome speech by Datuk Roosme binti Hamzah as the Chairperson of the PTD Women Affairs Committee, Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service Association at the Banquet Hall, Main Block, Parliament of Malaysia.

The ceremony was further complemented with the presence of Datuk DJ Dave, the Chairman of the 1Malaysia Artist Foundation, who has presented three songs. Among those attending the ceremony were PTD officers from ministries. Included in the event were interesting activities like Executive Talk by woman personality in the Public Service "Wanita Gemilang. 2018 Women Empowerment Year" and a handicraft activity known as DCOUPAGE which was shared by lecturers from the Hulu Langat Community College. The ceremony has been held at the Banquet Hall, Parliament of Malaysia.
