The Women Administrative and Diplomatic Officer (PTD) Appreciation Ceremony was held in conjunction with the 2018 Women Empowerment Year. The ceremony was officiated by Dato' Suriani binti Dato' Ahmad, Secretary General, Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development. The ceremony commenced with a welcome speech by Datuk Roosme binti Hamzah as the Chairperson of the PTD Women Affairs Committee, the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service Association. The ceremony was further complemented with the presence of Datuk DJ Dave, the Chairman of the 1Malaysia Artist Foundation, who has presented three songs. Among those attending the ceremony were PTD officers from ministries.
