The Committee of Privileges is made up of the President as the chairman and four senators nominated by the Committee of Selection at the earliest time possible after the opening of each session.
The Committee of Privileges considers any matter which appears to affect the powers and privileges of the Senate and issues a statement regarding the matter to the Senate.
